Arvita Global Solutions takes all abuse/illegal use of our services/any violations complaints seriously, and we will make every effort to investigate each complaint submitted to us by any individuals or investigating authority  . Due to the volume of complaints, we may only respond back if we require more information from you.

Upon receiving a valid and complete, written complaint, we will open an investigation into the matter and if necessary, take action against the account perpetuating the abuse/illegal use of our services/any violations. Listed below is a general outline of what information we require in order to process your complaint. Failure to submit required evidence needed to investigate your complaint may result in delays. Please be thorough when you submit your complaint to us.

Spam

Spam is email that is both unsolicited and sent in bulk. You can submit a Spam Complaint to us.

Phishing

Phishing is when someone tries to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and/or financial data by pretending to be a trustworthy entity such as a bank or a payment website. Please send us URLs, screenshots, and any other information to us at abuse@arvitaglobal.com.

Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement is when someone uses a copyrighted work without the copyright holder’s permission except for cases of Fair Use. You can submit a Copyright Complaint to us.

Trademark Infringement

Trademark infringement is when someone uses a protected trademark, a service mark, or something that may be similar to a protected mark which can cause confusion in the average consumer. Please send us URLs, screenshots, and any other information to us at abuse@arvitaglobal.com.

Fake WHOIS

Fake WHOIS is when the WHOIS data for a registered domain name is either invalid or is accurate contact data that is being used without the listed person’s permission (stolen personal data). Please include the offending domain(s), a copy of the WHOIS, and any other information to us at abuse@arvitaglobal.com.

Child Abuse Content

Child abuse content is material that depicts maltreatment or exploitation of a child or children. Please send us URLs and any other information to us at abuse@arvitaglobalt.com. You may also wish to notify the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, so they can start their own investigation.

Other Types of Abuse/ illegal use

If you believe someone is using our services to scam, hack, or defraud another, please send us URLs, screenshots, police reports, and any other important information to us at abuse@arvitaglobal.com.

 

VPS TERMS OF SERVICE ADDENDUM

This addendum (“Server Addendum”) also applies to you if you purchased VPS or dedicated server services and are incorporated by reference into the Arvita Global Solutions Terms of Service. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this Server Addendum have the meanings provided in the Terms of Service. Arvita Global Solutions may modify this Server Addendum at any time without notice.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

    1. Customers may cancel their VPS services at any time via the Customer/Reseller Control Panel.
    2. For more information about our money back guarantee and refund policy for VPS services please refer to the Cancellations and Refunds section of our Terms of Service.
  2. Prohibited Uses

    1. In addition to any Prohibited Uses outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy,  customers may not:
      1. Utilize the Services to run public IRCd’s or malicious bots.
      2. Utilize the Services to run any type of BitTorrent client or tracker that links to or downloads illegal content.
      3. Utilize the Services to run an Open/Public proxy, or use a proxy to access illegal/malicious content.
      4. Utilize the Services to use I/O intensive applications which adversely affect normal server operations.
      5. Utilize the Services in any manner which adversely affect normal server operations.
  3. Certain Rights

      1. Arvita Global Solutions can take any action to enforce its rights under this Server Addendum or the Arvita Global Solutions Terms of Service, which includes but is not limited to, accessing the our server by any means, and if required: (i) resetting our server passwords; and/or (ii) suspending User access to our server and/or deleting User access (and thereafter deleting such User’s data from our server).
      2. Arvita Global Solutions shall offer support to the User, only if there is a failure with:
        (i) the hardware of our servers; (ii) the network infrastructure supporting the our servers; (iii) the deployment of our servers; (iv) the installation of supported operating systems, if any; and (v) setting up reverse domain name systems for the internet protocol addresses (IPs) given by the DC.
      3. User is advised to and shall be solely responsible for: (i) handling the reputation of IPs and taking necessary steps to delist any blacklisted IPs; (ii) updating and patching the operating system and applications on our server provided to the User; (iii) making changes to our server that impact the display of information in the Customer/Reseller Control Panel.
  4. Inodes

    1. Generally, accounts may come with a default inode limit of 1,000,000 to better protect the file system; provided, however, that such limit may vary depending on the package or services you purchased.
  5. Mail Policy

    1. VPS accounts will be governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
  6. Backup and Data Loss

    1. Arvita Global Solutions does not provide any backups for VPS servers. Your use of the VPS service is solely at your own risk. Arvita Global Solutions is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Arvita Global Solutions’ servers.
